Customer Environment

Customer is trying to invite a Partner with Read Only user as a 3rd Party Administrator and the invitation is sent to the Partner, upon clicking on the Accept Invitation email or the URL the page redirects to https://cloudsupport.ruckuswireless.com.

Resolution

Read Only user cannot be a VAR / 3rd Party Administrator.
The user needs to be a Prime Admin in order to accept the invite and access the End customer account.
